JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Web Administrator
Department: Software Development
Location: Ramsey, NJ
Reports to: Vice President of Software Development
Salary: $59,030.00 per year

DUTIES:
• Continuously enhance and update site content.
• Ensure real-time accuracy of critical data like revenue, locker utilization, and locker systems' operational information
• Collect, analyze, and address user and client feedback in collaboration with the team
• Actively diagnose issues and document the resolution process
• Customize testing procedures to address diverse scenarios, regularly developing test cases replicating user testing, especially in response to significant program modifications.
• Mechanisms tailored to different user access levels using the Microsoft .NET Framework, including, but not limited to, user role management two-factor authentication
• Design and create SQL scripts to automate critical database tasks, including but not limited to database configuration adjustments and routine updates, ensuring operation and optimization of PostgreSQL servers
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze and report on sales data, converting raw data into actionable insights to enhance site functionality and user experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related.
• 12 months experience in Web Developer or Software Developer positions.
